The main structure of our chassis is 1 1/4 "diameter 4130
chrome moly tubing . Notice in the pictures the extensive cross
bracing and excellent workmanship . Motor mounts and outboard
bearing support plate are CAD designed with the strength and
lightness in mind and then CNC machines . The neck is 5 1/2 " long
with a 1" ID bearing size . On the rear of the chassis we use our
own weld-on adjustable rear axle blocks.
A rolling chassis includes
the following items : complete frame, PMFR front end assembly,
handle bars, complete brake system, built-in fuel and air tanks,
motor mounts, outboard bearing support kit, battery box, nitrous
tank mount if applicable, chain guard, footpegs, and the
appropriate wheels, tires, and axle. Things not supplied include
bodywork, mounting tabs, the labor required for installation,
and a rear sprocket.
