These
kits are CAD designed with strength and lightness in mind. The
support plate is made from 6061-T651 aluminum and CNC machined. the
plate is 3/8" thich ensuring an excellent seal on the engine cases.
The kit is designed for stock and custom race chassis using offset
counter shaft sprockets. Our counter shaft sprocket support bearing
has a 50mm ID, which makes it much easier to use the large socket
required to tighten the counter shaft nut. This kit includes all
bolts and washers and a counter shaft sprocket. |

These kits are CAD designed with strength and lightness in mind. The kit includes all bolts, washers and a counter shaft sprocket of your choice – 530 or 630. This 5/8" or 7/8" offset kit for Suzuki GS1100, 1500 and Kawasaki Z1, KZ, J and GPZ. Starts out as a 2" thick billet and is CNC machined into a sturdy, lightweight part. The cover has a spud machined on the inside for the bearing in the sprocket. This unit is mounted to the engine case using dowels and bolts for accuracy and strength, and while the cover has an ear for mounting to the frame. The unit is sturdy enough to be used without tying it to the frame.
