Precision Metal Fab warrants to the original purchaser the racing components listed in this site as manufactured by Precision Metal Fab to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use and service. The term "original purchaser" as used in this warranty shall be deemed to mean that person to whom the Precision Metal Fab components were originally delivered.
 

Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of any part or parts wich may thus prove defective under normal use and service within thirty (30) days from the date of sale to the original purchaser and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective.
 

This warranty shall be void unless within thirty (30) days from the date of sale the original purchaser notifies Precision Metal Fab in writing of the defect in materials and/or workmanship and returns the defective part if requested at the warrantor's expense. Precision Metal Fab will repair or replace the defective part within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice of defect.
 

Precision Metal Fab shall not be responsible for incidental consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusive or limitation or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
 

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties EXPRESSED or IMPLIED including the warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR USE and all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of these components. This warranty shall not apply to Precision Metal Fab components or any part thereof which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, or misuse. We make no warranty whatsoever with respect to accessories or parts not supplied by us. This warranty shall apply only within boundries of the continental United States.
 

ALL PRECISION METAL FAB PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED FOR RACE PURPOSES ONLY AND AS SUCH ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON PUBLIC ROADS OR HIGHWAYS.
